Born in a poor family, he had to survive on one of the Solar system space stations. Cunning and smart, he built his shadow empire, capitalizing on every crisis around him and using every tension of society to acquire more and more power. Selling the bombs to rioters and selling the rioters to the police, drugs to addicts, addicts to human traffickers, and human traffickers to law enforcement, before selling information on law enforcement operations back to the drug dealers - that is his style.

Thanks to his experience, he took the mediator position in the relationships between the organized crime and other powerful actors, such as corporations and the government. He considers himself retired from any active participation and operations, and just occasionally helps out those who get into a mess by a sheer accident, and sees his current goal as to preserve the fragile balance he himself has built over the past dozens of years.
